Join us for a trail run tomorrow morning, 7/24/2010 at 8:00 a.m. We'll meet in the main parking lot and go for an easy 1 hour run on the 6K and part of the 12K course. See you on the trails!
Hi Sean, we run almost every Saturday morning at Indian Lake. Sometimes, we are doing other stuff at the same time, such as meeting with park directors, sponsors, etc. However, if it's purely a run, I try to post here. See above post regarind August 21 run. That would be a great time for you to come out. Hope to meet you soon.
How often do these weekend trail runs happen? Every weekend? I'm interested in joining in some weekend.
